The City of Coeur d’Alene, with support from City Council, has partnered with CDA 2030 and Community Builders (CB) to:
(1) Create a shared community vision for East Sherman Avenue to guide long-term decision making.
(2) Create an action oriented plan for the physical and economic development of East Sherman Avenue.
In late 2017, the City applied and was selected for technical assistance from CB. Through this technical assistance, CB and the City will engage the community in discussions about the future of East Sherman Avenue. The project is being funded through a combination of funds from CB and the City.
